meet pastor estes

Rev. Eric M. Estes was born in Long Branch, NJ, and raised in  Orlando, FL. Pastor Estes was baptized into Christ at Prince of Peace LC of Howell Township, NJ, and confirmed at Resurrection LC of Orlando, FL. He graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL, with a B.S. in Management Information Systems. After serving in the  Information Technology field, Pastor Estes enrolled at Concordia Seminary St. Louis and received a Master’s of Divinity in 2008. He served as the sole pastor of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer of Columbus, GA, for twelve years. While at Redeemer, Pastor Estes served three terms on the Pastoral  Conference Planning Committee of the LCMS FL-GA District. He was also a member of the Muscogee Rotary Club—Columbus, where he served as Club  President for one term and Programs Chair for two terms. Pastor Estes is married to his childhood friend Jennifer, nee Sabin. He and Jennifer have three children: Benjamin, Joshua, and Elizabeth. In his spare time, Pastor Estes enjoys spending time with his family, cooking  (especially barbecue), reading, doing yard work, watching movies, and listening to music.
