At Concordia we have many opportunities to learn more about God's Word.
Our children's Sunday School begins at 9:00 AM for ages 3 and up. A nursery is available for children 2 and under.
The chief focus for Concordia’s youth (high-school age members and their friends) is on the study of God’s Word and their relationship with Christ Jesus. We encourage prayer and Bible study in our meetings. Our Board of Youth plan with the youth various fellowship events, servant events, and other activities. Our Youth meet on the last Sunday of each month from 4 PM to 6 PM for fellowship, Bible Study, and fun!
Whether you have questions about Christ or want to deepen your faith in Him, this class will explore what the Bible says about our God and how His love gives direction and meaning to your life today and forever. This class is designed for those interested in learning or reviewing the foundations of the Christian faith as taught in Martin Luther's Small Catechism. Attendance in the class may lead to membership in our church, but there are no obligations. Times and dates are to be announced. Please register here or on the bulletin board in the church foyer.

Concordia supports the work of "Love the Hungry" with financial donations and sponsoring and volunteering at food packaging events. Love the Hungry is a local nonprofit organization with a hands-on mission to provide nourishing meals to children and families vulnerable to hunger and malnutrition.
Music, both choral and instrumental, is important to our worship life at Concordia. One of the centerpieces of our music program is our 114-year old pipe organ. Our gifted organist Mr. Bradley Johnson has years of experience leading congregations in song and praise of the Lord. All of our services come from the rich heritage of Lutheran liturgy and hymnody found in the Lutheran Service Book. Our adult choir is led by Rev. Dr. Dale McAbee. The choir sings at our 10:00 AM worship services from September through May. Their music includes choral calls to worship, chanting the Introit with the congregation, choral anthems and the occasional choral offertory selection.
The devoted ladies of Concordia's sewing circle meet for two Wednesdays each month. They sew quilts and prayer blankets that are distributed to various charitable and community organizations.
